Program Overview
The yoga sessions will include gentle physical postures and movements, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, reflection, and processing as appropriate. Students should dress in comfortable and loose clothing and bring a yoga mat to each session. Journals for reflection and processing will be provided by us.

Note: Participants should wear loose or stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Each participant also needs to bring their yoga mat, as these will not be provided.
What is Yoga Therapy?
All yoga can be therapeutic in the way that it promotes the practice of mindfulness and brings focus to your life, but Yoga Therapy is backed more heavily by psychological and neurological research to help treat several mental and physical health conditions.
The group facilitator will guide you through each movement and will encourage you to only complete movements to the best of your ability without hurting yourself.
