Begin a Brighter Chapter with Personalized Support for Moms

Being a mom can be beautiful—and exhausting. Whether you’re running on coffee and chaos, juggling work and kids, or silently wondering if you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way, you’re not alone. Therapy for moms is here to help you carry what feels heavy and reconnect with who you are.

Motherhood comes with a million roles and expectations—some you chose, and others that just landed in your lap. Whether you’re navigating postpartum emotions, mom guilt, relationship changes, anxiety, burnout, or just the everyday overwhelm, therapy for moms creates a space just for you.

We don’t expect you to have it all together. Our experienced therapists offer real, evidence-based support without the judgment. You get to talk about the hard stuff, feel your feelings, and learn tools to help you feel more grounded, more like yourself, and more in control of your life.

Finding Yourself Again, One Session at a Time

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, touched-out, burned out, or just not quite like yourself, therapy for moms offers a supportive and empowering space to breathe, unpack what’s going on, and reconnect with you.

Motherhood brings constant change—shifts in identity, relationships, routines, and emotions. Our personalized, evidence-based approach is designed to help you process the mental load, build emotional resilience, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

Each session is a step toward feeling more clear, capable, and confident. You deserve support that honors the complex, beautiful, and sometimes messy reality of being a mom.

A Space Just for You

Motherhood often means constantly giving to others—therapy gives you a place to focus on your own needs, thoughts, and feelings. It’s a chance to be heard, without judgment, and to reconnect with the version of yourself that exists outside of parenting.

c

Tools to Manage Overwhelm & Guilt

Whether it’s mom guilt, decision fatigue, or the invisible mental load, therapy for moms helps you develop strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, and let go of the unrealistic pressure to “do it all.”

Support Through Life Transitions

From fertility struggles to postpartum changes, from returning to work to navigating teen years—motherhood is filled with emotional transitions. Therapy provides steady support and guidance through each stage, helping you adapt, grow, and care for yourself as you care for others.

Heather’s clinical focus includes maternal and women’s mental health, particularly perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. As a trained birth and postpartum doula and a mother herself, Heather blends professional expertise with personal insight. She pays close attention to how symptoms of depression and anxiety can manifest physically, bridging mind and body in treatment.

Heather shares her practice with Bear, her black goldendoodle therapy dog, whose calming presence helps clients of all ages feel at ease. Outside of work, Heather enjoys iced coffee and walks by the lake with her family, Bear, and their other pup, Luna, who lovingly holds down the fort at home.
