Jessica Alvarez

Jessica serves as our Office Manager here at Southlake, where she works both behind the scenes and at the front desk to ensure daily operations run smoothly and clients feel welcomed and supported. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Before joining Southlake, Jessica gained experience working in therapy practices and ran her own virtual business, supporting wellness entrepreneurs through client support and administrative services. 

Jessica has always been passionate about mental health and feels honored to play a role in helping create a positive, supportive experience for clients throughout their care journey. She takes pride in helping the practice operate efficiently so clinicians and clients alike can thrive.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, spending time with her dog Daisy, listening to music, and making memories with family and friends.
