Susie Alvarez joined the Southlake team in August of 2017 and has helped make our front office team complete. Susie ensures that each patient’s needs are met and can answer almost any question she is asked! When you arrive at Southlake, you will be greeted with her smiling face, and cheerful attitude. She plays a critical part in the billing, office administration, and scheduling for Southlake Counseling! She is responsible for much of the “behind the scenes” work that allows Southlake’s therapists to focus on our #1 priority – our clients! She loves coming to work everyday to see all of the change and growth that happens with each patient. Susie is such a critical component of our office here at Southlake, and we are so thankful for all that she brings to the team! When not at work, Susie love to spend time with her dogs, working on her flowers outside, and trying new restaurants.
