Unique is a dedicated counseling professional with a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling degree With a passion for helping individuals enhance their well-being, Unique brings a wealth of experience to the team. Having served as the Director for Student Diversity & Belonging at Lincoln Memorial University alongside internships at the mental health counseling center and the McNabb Center’s Jail to Work program, Unique has honed counseling skills and deepened commitment to making a positive impact on individuals’ lives during transitions.

At the McNabb Jail to Work program, Unique supported women in recovery by providing emotional guidance, practical resources, and counseling services to aid in their reintegration into society. An internship at the counseling center further equipped Unique with tools to assist college students facing mental health challenges, enhancing therapeutic skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience as the Director of Diversity and Belonging has heightened Unique’s cultural awareness and reinforced the importance of inclusivity in providing effective care. In her free time, Unique enjoys working out, getting outside, and watching YouTube.
