We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our administrative team as a Full-Time Entry-Level Client Care Coordinator at our Charlotte, NC location.
As the Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support. In this role, you’ll help match clients with the therapist who best fits their needs and preferences. You’ll also follow up with new clients after their initial sessions to ensure they feel supported in their therapeutic journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking services at Southlake Counseling.
- Conduct initial intake conversations to gather client information and assess needs.
- Assist in matching clients with the appropriate therapist based on their preferences and requirements.
- Follow up with new clients after their first session to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support if necessary.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client care and efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
