Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as DBT, RO-DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent in North Carolina.
  • Experience with DBT, trauma therapy, or eating disorders is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Davidson, NC. This role is essential in providing exceptional client support and ensuring smooth daily operations at our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule client appointments and manage check-ins and check-outs.
  • Print and prepare necessary documents for daily use.
  • Collect visit fees and process payments efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize client charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify insurance coverage, process authorizations, and handle insurance-related inquiries.
  • Pull and fax charts upon request with a signed release.
  • Communicate outstanding balances to clients and notify the therapist/office manager as needed.
  • Address and escalate client complaints to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
  • Check and restock supplies in the client bathroom daily, reporting any needs to the office manager.
  • Accurately enter client information (demographics, insurance details, referrals, etc.) into TheraNest.
  • Ensure same-day entry of charges and payments into the system.
  • Actively manage the schedule, filling gaps with clients from the waitlist when possible.
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or mental health setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, data entry, and managing client records.
  • Familiarity with TheraNest or similar EHR systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
