We are also seeking a detail-oriented and organized full-time Office Manager to join our team in Davidson, NC. This role is essential in providing exceptional client support and ensuring smooth daily operations at our practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and groups.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as DBT, RO-DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent in North Carolina.
- Experience with DBT, trauma therapy, or eating disorders is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
