About Southlake Counseling

Southlake Counseling is a distinguished mental health facility specializing in evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused care. We strive to create an environment where professional growth and teamwork drive exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as DBT, RO-DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent in North Carolina.
  • Experience with DBT, trauma therapy, or eating disorders is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
