Cahner Manns
MSW, LCSW
Cahner Manns received her Master’s Degree in Psychology at American University in Washington, D.C. After graduation she attended Ohio State University where she received her second Master’s Degree in Social Work in May 2020. She has experience working with children and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, behavioral management, and self-regulation issues. Cahner is passionate about working with children and adolescents to meet their goals and find their voice. Cahner has experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Adlerian Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Animal Assisted Play Therapy. Cahner enjoys working with children and adolescents ages 6-18. She is also interested in the benefits of pets and is working towards certification to include animals into practice. Cahner often works with a co-therapist, Piper, her therapy dog. Both Cahner and Piper are excited to meet and work with you on your journey. When not working Cahner enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and outdoor activities with Piper.
