Ally Bradshaw
Intern
Ally graduated from Yale University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology before working in autism research for three years. She later returned to North Carolina to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Gardner-Webb University, where she is currently in her third year. Ally believes that emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are deeply connected, and that learning to manage these elements is essential for emotional well-being. She is committed to helping clients build the skills needed to cope with intense emotions and navigate both everyday challenges and traumatic experiences. Ally approaches counseling as a collaborative process, guiding clients while encouraging their commitment to change, and providing the tools to foster self-awareness and personal growth. In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and expressing herself through art.
