Who should sign up for “The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work”?

This program is appropriate for couples contemplating engagement, pre-marital couples, couples living together, and couples who have been together or married for decades.

It is NOT appropriate for couples who experience severe relationship distress, emotional or physical abuse, relationships with addiction affecting it, and/or severe mental health illness.

How do I know if I need to participate in “The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work”?

We encourage couples who are looking to strengthen their relationship and create more unity to participate in this group. We want to help you build upon the foundations you have already established and teach you about areas you could be enhancing. Your relationship does not need to be having problems to participate, you can simply come to learn about ways you could be having an even better married experience.

How can my partner and I prepare for sessions?

The best way to prepare is to come to the program open-minded and ready to learn.

What do my partner and I need to do outside of sessions?

The best way to benefit from this group is to be practicing everything you learn outside of sessions in your everyday life. Keep the conversation going always and hear each other out to cultivate a healthy and thriving relationship.
