Perinatal Therapy
Navigate Your Pregnancy Journey with the Support You Deserve
Pregnancy can be a mix of excitement, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs. While everyone’s asking about your due date or the baby’s name, you might be wondering, “Why do I feel so overwhelmed?” Perinatal therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore those feelings—no filter required.
This season of life brings big changes—not just in your body, but in your identity, your relationships, and your sense of self. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, mood swings, scary thoughts, relationship stress, or just the pressure to be glowing and grateful 24/7, perinatal therapy helps you process it all with compassion.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Our therapists are here to walk beside you, help you make sense of what you’re feeling, and give you tools to feel more grounded and supported as you move through pregnancy and prepare for what’s ahead.
Staying Connected to You, One Session at a Time
Pregnancy changes everything—your body, your emotions, your relationships, and your sense of self. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, weepy for no reason, or just not like yourself lately, perinatal therapy offers a supportive space to sort through it all—before baby even arrives.
This journey isn’t just about preparing for a baby; it’s also about staying connected to you. Perinatal therapy helps you navigate the emotional highs and lows, the identity shifts, the relationship changes, and the mental load that often starts well before birth.
Each session is a chance to pause, reflect, and feel grounded. You don’t have to push through the hard parts alone. You deserve support that truly sees you—not just the mom you’re becoming, but the person you already are.

Hormonal shifts, physical discomfort, and future unknowns can all affect your mental health. Perinatal therapy offers practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage anxiety, regulate your emotions, and cope with the stress of pregnancy and upcoming motherhood.
Preparation for Postpartum
Perinatal therapy helps you process your thoughts and feelings before the baby arrives, so you’re emotionally better prepared for postpartum life. It supports you in building resilience, setting realistic expectations, and creating a foundation for the changes ahead.
