Morgan Rodgers graduated from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and Liberty University with a master of arts degree in professional counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor, LPC and a member of the American Counseling Association.
Morgan’s clinical experience includes a practicum and an internship, both served at Southlake Counseling. She enjoys working with those who suffer from anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, depression, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She works with individuals of various ages, from adolescents aged thirteen and older through adults. She also works with families dealing with high-conflict divorce and is certified in the New Ways for Families program.
Morgan uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered therapy. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy and determines which method is best suited for each client.
When not working, Morgan loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, and attending sporting events.
