Just as eating disorders come in all shapes and sizes, so do the levels of care that are needed to assist you with achieving your unique recovery goals.
This is why the Southlake Center offers you three personalized levels of care that will meet you where you are.
Our Standard Outpatient Program offers you a high degree of autonomy and flexibility to maintain your daily life activities even while receiving regular, sustained care. You can select the combination of services that work best with your schedule from our wide variety of Outpatient and Group Support offerings. A Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) outpatient program is also offered.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) takes place during weekday evenings. The IOP program is specifically designed to allow you to continue with school studies, work, or daily life responsibilities while still receiving a high level of care 3-5 nights per week. You also have the option of adding additional weekend support services on an as-needed basis.
Our Extended Day Program (EDP) recognizes that sometimes you need a higher level of care than Outpatient or IOP can provide, but you do not need round-the-clock inpatient care. The EDP program offers you daily, intensive care with full meal and snack support, while still allowing you some level of autonomy to stay connected to your daily life in the evenings and on weekends.
