In certain situations, we all have the tendency to engage in unhealthy behaviors around food and body image. But when your relationship with food begins to impact your health, your relationships, your work, your finances, or your self-respect, you may be suffering from disordered eating or an eating disorder.

Knowledge is power, and the best place to start gathering the knowledge you need is with a simple self-assessment like the one below.
